NOTHING hence we refused to stay in the filthy mouldy room

The property was cold,damp, and filthy. We handed the keys back as quickly as we got them and we refused to let my father in law stay in it.it stated shared kitchen, there was a filthy microwave outside on the decking lol .booking.com have been very unhelpful in getting our refund too. The owner of the property has sent me rude text messages and swore at me. Do not stay here

Room so small had to crawl up the bed to get in. Shower so small that had we been any larger we wouldn't have been able to get in. 'kitchen' was in the garden. However convenient for town and beach.

No one to greet us. Found our way in after 3 hours in the pitch black round the back. No one to tell us just took a chance. Host wasn't answering phone. Emails came back and no answer to texts. Tried booking.com to find alternative accommodation as we had 2 dogs but no reply. As we can't drive in the dark we found our way to an open bedroom round the back through dangerous ground.Not the bungalow the host made us. think it was. Was scared so we sat up all night til first light to leave. Had no fun and only stayed one night out of the two after waiting 3 hours on a drive ringing various people. Was right to be scared. That evening a great big man was banging on the window irate. We are pensioners and we thought we were in his room. Luckily we were in the right place he was irate because we parked in his spot. We had no one to greet us let alone tell us where to park.Later loads of men came who lived there. Walking about. They left the gate open and the dogs ran out onto a busy road. As for the room itself the smell was so bad I felt sick. Smelt like a very bad public gents lavatory all the time The sewer pipes were right next to the bed touching the dirty covers. Tiny room barely big enough for one let alone a couple and 2 dogs. Bed was uncomfortable and dirty. Awful pillows and the room was uncomfortable and very very basic. Bathroom stank and was so small grubby and uncared for. We left as soon as we could. Had no choice to stay that night but left as soon as possible only staying one night. Just glad the dogs didn't get run over.

Well big problem.Owners not answering phone. lady who was supposed to meet us not at premises at all Had to enquired with neighbours if any knowledge of place. One helpful had phone number of lady (Key holder) she arrived from arriving to getting in three quarters of hour. shown room round back of premises. dissapointed very bed thin duvet on it room warm yes but needed to be frosty day. no acccess to rest of place. Nothing in room not even a T V. went back to room last 10pm out by 8am. bed sheets bobbled ichy not good at all. Never again. really not a recommendation for anything.

The toilet over flowing and getting the blame for it having only been in the room half an hr. Everything filthy Terrible manners

No breakfast only bonus was the location near to the beach. barely fit a double bed, no room to move, no light in bathroom, no TV, no WiFi, wich was meant to be given on arrival

Could do with some blackout blinds as the Garden lights are on all night
