AUthe photos are completely different to the actual apartment. we walked into the room and instantly messaged the host for a refund as we did not want to stay as there were marks on all the furniture and the bedding had stains on it. Thankfully we got a refund but the owner was quite rude and called us ‘pathetic’ for expecting so much from a cheap room. I understand it is cheap, that’s why we booked it, but reviews said it was clean and it WAS NOT. I didn’t want to leave as review as we didn’t even stay there but the owner was very rude and disrespectful and that is not ok.
