El alojamiento era un onceavo piso de altura ,daba pavor salir al balcón, a las 8 a.m estaban haciendo obras y todos despiertos , el telefonillo no funcionaba teníamos que estar subiendo y bajando para abrir la puerta,el check in fue a las 17:00 horas antes no se podía y el check out a las 10 de la mañana algo inaudito …. Decían que se podía aparcar sin problemas aunque las plazas no estaban enumeradas y no es verdad ,no había sitio …. La localización del piso lejísimos del centro ,teníamos que ir en taxi o Uber y encarecía todo mucho , el trocito de playa de abajo del apartamento daba la sombra a las 18 horas y en el mar había muchas rocas,mi padre se rompió el dedo … las exigencias de la agencia de alquiler son excesivas desde pagar el alojamiento más de un mes de antelación y una garantía de 200 euros que no sabíamos que teníamos que pagarla … veremos si nos la devuelven , el ruido a las 8 de la mañana fue matador !

The apartment is nice, with an amazing sea view from the 11th floor and a large, beautiful terrace. It has three bedrooms, which were enough for five people, and two bathrooms.

What disappointed us the most was that during our 9-night stay, no one came to clean even once, which is mandatory at least twice for such a period. No one came to change the bed linens (the pillows themselves were not washed, only the covers were changed, and they smelled of sweat from previous guests), restock basic supplies like soap and toilet paper, not to mention dishwasher and washing machine tablets. At the end of our stay, we were instructed to clean and dispose of all trash ourselves, as if no one would come after us and someone would move in immediately. Additionally, at the start of the stay, a deposit had to be left (as stated in the listing), which I was told would be refunded within 7 days after checkout to the account I used to pay. On the 9th day, the money had not been returned, so I wrote to them. When I received no reply, I contacted Booking the next day, and only then did I get a response asking for my bank details to return the deposit.

The host met us promptly as we arrived by taxi from the airport and handed over the keys and was very helpful and friendly throughout. The flat was clean and spacious. 2 bedrooms are big, the third one is smaller and has only a tiny window at the top. Mattresses in the big bedrooms were firm, in the small one softer. Small supermarket is a 10min walk. The Chiringuito on the beach across from the property is an easy option to eat out (but offers only basic Spanish dishes none vegan). Same thing goes for the other ones nearby. The flat is fully equipped, perfect for a short stay with friends or family.

The host communicated well but at times it felt a bit pressured. I used the small bedroom and I prefer a hard mattress but it is a matter of preference. Generally a soft mattress is not good for the back but it was doable when I put the duvet from the other bed on top. You have to take your own rubbish out before leaving which I have never had to do in my life in a rental flat and feel is a cleaning task. The car rental the accommodation company works with (Miñarent) was slightly unreliable and chaotic. They first asked us if we could pick it up nearby Malaga and also to drop it and delivered the car an hour late . Staff did not seem to communicate among each other. However if you drop the car at their office on the way back to the airport, they give you a lift to the airport for free. We asked for a late checkout but it was impossible which was inconvenient given that the flight was mid afternoon and I did not really understand why it was so complicated to arrange that for us. He just repeated it was not possible.

The property was excellent, clean, amazing view, state of the art appliances. Staff were very friendly. Excellent location

Great location, great facilities, apartment was spotless and stay was great. Would stay again.
