Lavish 4.5 rooms furnished apartment @Glattbrugg

Comfortable Home with full modern furnished dan complete household equipment.

not all bedrooms have bathrooms. But it's oke for me.

It was a very large space with full kitchen facilities.

It was difficult to get to from the busses and trains. It stated that laundry facilities were available, but the washing machine was full of wet linens when we arrived. We wanted to wash our clothes but didn’t want to do someone else’s laundry. It was far from restaurants.

Luxury and large apartment in a busy street. Train, tram and bus stations are nearby with fast connections to the airport and to the centre of Zürich. The apartment had fans in every room (very necessary when we were there), 4 TVs and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Large kitchen and large sitting areas. The apartment is owned by a company that rents out to expats and all communication goes via this company. The key is collected from a coded locker and you receive the code well before arrival.

No kitchen towel so a quick wash of plates was difficult (there is a dishwasher though). The owning company sets up "rules" that are sometimes impossible for this specific apartment. Examples are: remove your hair from the bathroom sink. An understandable rule but the sinks in this apartment require tools so you can't open them to remove hairs. And indeed, the shower sink ran very slow. Another rule is to open the sun blinds when it rains or storms. Also understandable but there are no curtains so the only way to keep the bedroom dark is to close the blinds. Furthermore, this apartment is 2 km from the runway threshold of Zürich airport. Even though it's very well insulated, you do notice the airplanes. Sleeping with open windows is anyway not an option. It's still a nice apartment though but the high price also gives high expectations.

the parking was difficult, the towels were wet and smelled of mildew which made us concerned if anything in the apartment was truly clean. Not satisfied at all with our stay.
