The location was really good, the kitchen was well equipped. Parking available. The host responded to my queries promptly.

The space, it was little cramped for 8 people. One bathroom/ toilet which is on the first floor. For 8 people one toilet is not enough specially if you have elderly and children. We were waking up early one by one and avoiding to have shower in the morning just to keep the toilet free. The bed in box room which is small box room with two single bed was bit of tight squeeze, you had to climb up to go on the beds. The slats of bed was broken. We had to use air mattress because it was not possible to sleep on the sinking bed. the linen was dirty. Mouldy mattress, dusty windows and furniture, ripped sofa.

The property was great, perfect location especially if you have kids and like to visit around St Ives, st Michael mount and others.

I absolutely loved the place but I would change the coffee table on the living room and it’s a bit old and sticky.

Communication was excellent and getting to the property was very easy. The catering utensils were well stocked and the kitchen was really nice. The hot water in the shower was always hot and the beds linen was as expected. The TV was a great addition that the kids enjoyed and the distance to the shops also a great thing

There was only one toilet for 10 people and the electric heater although hot but somehow we're tripping the electric. The bed downstairs was a little too hard and one of the single beds upstairs needs changing as it was falling in

The beds were comfy

No heating, no clear instructions for hot water switch, toilet was under the pitch of roof which meant hitting your head everytime you went. Very bland and owner didn’t get back to me about reimbursement for the heaters I’d bought

The place was excellent... enjoyed the accommodation
