"Fine for short stays"

Location is very convenient. Shared swimming is ofcourse an addition. Washing machine is great convenient.

There were few concerns, the sofa bed isn't very comfortable even for kids. Shower unit is very tiny. It's fine for short stays but in lo g stay for more then a week, you might will struggle with kitchen it's right in the living room.
