2 beds, fridge and pretty clean.

place was just fine, just not clean when we arrived (15 min after booking here on booking.com). so we had to go to an early dinner while it was cleaned

property is very secure. With high walls in a gate. The owner of the property was there to greet us and was very helpful and nice.

The fans were noisy and so was the air conditioner. It sounded like a jet plane taking off. Also, the fans in the air conditioner all needed to be cleaned. They were very dusty.

Loud parties in the complex. The air conditioner was very loud and disrupted my sleep. Lack of drinking water.

the only thing I like was the air conditioner in the room

no air conditioning in the living room, they were some dead cockroaches, there was only 1 used toilet paper in the bathroom, we went to buy more waited too long for the owner to give us the code to open the door, is a very small tiny pace, no WiFi available, the bed very uncomfortable hard, the place is not a walking distance from Malecon, neighbors very noise loud music , do yourself a favor and stay somewhere closer to Malecon for a little bit more money, trust
