⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended Stay in habaraduwa ! I had a wonderful stay in habaraduwa . The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was peaceful and convenient, close to the city and main attractions. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was excellent, and everything was arranged perfectly. I felt safe and relaxed during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting habaraduwa . Great value for money and a truly pleasant experience!

Excellent value. Clean room with balcony, very friendly staff and good breakfast on offer. Peaceful. 10 min walk to the train station/beach area. Can arrange lake trips etc.

The wifi wasn't great and the location on booking.com is different to the reality. It's a few mins away from where it says by tuktuk. This meant I had to pay a bit extra when arriving to the tuk tuk driver as we spent time trying to find the place. However, it's great value for money

We had a near-perfect experience staying here because the owners were so nice and the food was to die for! The rooms are well-kept, quiet, and extremely comfortable. You even get a kitchenette/dining area to prepare and eat your own meals if necessary. They're also expanding so new rooms will be available on the property soon, and I highly recommend you check it out if you need a place to stay in the area.👍🤗

The room was nice for the price, like other guest houses in the area.

1. The location on Booking is wrong. We noticed when looking for the place on google maps, which had a different location. We asked the owner which one was the right one, and he told us the one on Booking. When we got there, it was a pathway in the middle of nowhere, but mysteriously there was a man with a Tuk Tuk, offering to take us to the right location (finally the one on google maps, which was 200m away) for 400 rupies... We declined and the tuk tuk driver left. Later we saw that coincidentially, this was the driver the family of the guest house used to call. 2. When we arrived, during check in hours, there was nobody there to recieve us. After waiting half an hour we went upstairs and met a woman who was cleaning the balcony outside our room. She told us to take the room. While unpacking inside we saw that the room was quite dirty and there were still clothes and toiletries from previous guests. 3. We showered and when outside of the bathroom, suddenly someone tried to open the door to the room, which was locked, and therefore that someone, a man, decided to start looking through the windows, with 0 respect for privacy. We got dressed and opened the door. After saying hello he asked us how many rupies is one US dollar, and how much we paid for the room. We told him the price and he got angry and left. After a short while he comes back and says that the price, for which we had reserved the room on Booking, was a mistake and too low, and that we should pay double the amount. (Which was a ridiculous price, compared to other similar guesthouses in the area) Of course, we refused and then he angrily told us to pack our stuff and leave, leaving us with no room for that night. This has never ever happened to us before, that they ask for a higher price than the confirmed reservation on Booking. Days later we checked the price for the room, and it was the same price we paid, so there was no mistake. 4.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot! Beautiful room with bathroom and access to the kitchen. Very comfortable bed with mosquito net, nice balcony with chairs. Breakfast was delicious! Either Sri Lankan or English breakfast served to the kitchen just in front of my room. 10 min walking distance from the beach, shops and other restaurants. Very quiet area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Can definitely recommend you to stay here!

Siri's residency is one of those places you just don't want to leave. Originally booked one night, then just kept extending and ended up staying 5 nights. The place is family run, small scale and very friendly. Siri showed us around in his Tuk Tuk, all for free. Breakfast was good, ac was working well, loved the balcony. All in all a great great stay!
