Large, clean apartment.

The information about key box was not completely clear.

The place is very clean, spacious and relaxing. A great option for families. Most kitchen utensils are available, so you can make your own meals comfortably. The location is quiet so if you want to be away from people this is the location for you.

Over the weekend, we wanted to access the pool; however, it was locked. We tried to message the host multiple times but only got a response after 48 hours. In the meantime, we tried to get all the information from the info-page provided by the host, but the pool regulations would not load for some reason. This was strange because at that point it was only the pool regulations which wouldn't load. There were no basic cooking ingredients like oil and butter. However, this may not be a problem for others; it's just about your expectations. On one of the days, the electricity cut out and as previously mentioned, we were unable to get any help from the host because they were not responding over the weekend, and the helpline would not pick up.

Amazing view, great location, very comfortable and clean, great equipment, nice pool….we really didnt want to leave

It's a big appartment, has nice views, very very clear communication how to pick up the keys - really comfy to rent for a few days. I liked that I can run in the mornings - pavements are quite rare in Madeira :)

One small thing to improve - the doors handles are squeaking...

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! The views out the ocean were stunning too.
