The host was very welcoming and provided comfortable and spacious accommodation that had been very well designed to make the most of a ground floor apartment where the only natural light entered from the front drive, where we parked the car. There were glass doors across the front of the property with frosted privacy panels. The property was spotlessly clean with modern kitchen appliances and bathroom facilities. Plenty of hot water was always available, so the drenching shower was superb! As the weather turned cooler, the air con system also provided heating to the kitchen / sitting area and the bedroom. The decor had a definite mariner’s theme with many ornamental touches and colour coded paintwork…. even the towels were a good match. So many personal touches that were unexpected with lots of additional food and drink commodities and provisions that were generously provided to enhance the stay. The host had gone out of her way to provide as much as she could to make any stay the best experience, even to shopping bags, a first aid kit and a sewing box! The on-site pools were well maintained and in an attractive garden setting. All things considered to be recommended.

Just for better information purposes, It was a pity that the drive area with tiny bistro table and 2 chairs didn’t access much sunshine, due to the low level orientation of the property. The privacy glass doors were a good idea to stop people looking in, but it also prevented the occupants from looking out and finding a view. The garden / sea view was a little misleading. Round the corner and looking down the hill gave a sea view but the terrain to the beach restricted any immediate access. It had to be viewed from afar.

I recommend. We were 3 people. Marriage and mother-in-law. No problem with privacy and bathroom.
