Easy process and flexibility to collect the keys. Proactivity to try to get issues sorted.

The general status of the apartment in terms of cleaning was unacceptable. Looks like the floor was not cleaned at all before our arrival. The bed of the main bedroom was broken and so, extremely uncomfortable. The door of the shower was broken as well making difficult and even dangerous to have a shower in there. In general, looks like no one has been paying attention to the apartment or reviewing/maintaining anything before the arrival of the guests.
