Clean place, enough parking space, walking distance to Planai ski lift, coffee machine with coffee pods

The doors between rooms were a safety ones, thus heavy and were closing all the time, they had to be fixed by wooden peg. It was difficult to be operated by kids, OK for adults. I was missing some bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo). If I knew, I would have taken mine.

The slopes/trails are really close to the flat, basically a couple of meters. Great location, basically in the center. The apartment was clean.

The garage door does not close all the way. There remains about a 10 cm gap. There was only just enough of plates and cutlery for each of us. We needed to wash them after every meal. The kitchen is huge but the cabinets are basically empty. We were missing one set of blankets and towels. I called the owner late at night when we realized this, and she only could give it as next morning. There were no soaps at all, none in the 3 bathrooms. Ofc no shower gel either. We had like 10 capsules for 7 people for 3 nights for the coffee machine.

Location right next to the Bike Park / Ski Lift Schladming is amazing, we could literally just bike 100m to the lift and bike off the trail to the apartment. It also has a nice little grass area out front.

It smelled of smokers so that is really not great (we had kids who also noticed that). It has a "Cellar/Kellar" feel to it (it is the bottom/ground floor), so its not so cosy at all. It is certainly overpriced for what it is. There was no bike storage (no key available for the ski room(hut)), so the mountain bikes had to go inside the apartment which was uncomfortable to do and to have them inside. A small detail only, but it was annoying trying to cook eggs in a pan with no egg spatula so you have to flip eggs with a spoon, for the price you would expect all basic kitchen utensils to be there. Someone turned up but they were an employee just coming to collect the money.

Perfect location, really close to the city centre and the Planai Gondola.

Super location, near town center. Walking distance to the market. Schladming-Dachstein card included.

App should have induction cookware. Better air ventilation in wc.
