"Seelisberg ist sehr schön ! Aber aktuell Finger weg von dieser Wohnung!"

Die Lage ! Anbindung an Bus Schiff etc. Matratzen ganz ok ! Sauna Fitnessstudio Solarium ok - haben wir nicht benutzt!

Wohnungseinrichtung teilweise stark abgenutzt! Die Wohnung ist vom Grund her den Preis nicht wert! 2 Tage Baustelle vor Ort mit Lärm und Geruchsbelästigung ! Vorgeschobene Havarie mit Rohrbruch wurde suggeriert ist aber nicht die Tatsache! Tatsächlich Abdichtungsarbeiten an der Außenwand! Aufsteigende Nässe Spuren befinden sich auch im Schlafzimmer! Duschvorhang Decke und Wände im Bad verschimmelt ! Gefrierfach Tür verschimmelt !

Top Lage, sehr ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter. Tennisplatz, Sauna, Fitness inklusive.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
