Price

Previous tenants had flooded the laundry and the water was still on the floor in the main bedroom. Television was very difficult to use even after we discovered the antenna had been disconnected

The location

The place was dirty. Check in information came too late. Bedding was inadequate. Pillows were dirty No dishwashing liquid or cloths.

Nice apartment, family friendly, convenient location. Secured undercover carport. Would stay again as it had almost everything we needed. Friendly and approachable owner.

Easily fixable as these were minor inconveniences. There was no broom/vacuum, upon arrival dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, there was limited dishwashing supplies, outside rubbish bins were full/over flowing. A few minor upgrades in general as well as the front and rear doors (new doors and security screens) for security purposes.
