Really nice apartment, really close to the center. This was our second time here and would definitely go back again - fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, really comfortable beds, great aircon. Everything you need to prepare meals, and use the apartment as base for your stay. Communication with host is good and fast, we met at the entrance. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended, the pictures reflect reality.

"Cozy and simple"

The apartment is cozy and George is generous and welcoming. He definitely put thought into it.

Cleaning really needs improvement. Check in was disappointing, we scheduled a time but still had to wait half an hour on the street at night for George to arrive after texting him twice.

Spacious and well equipped (including washing machine) new apartment in the centre of Ierapetra near everything. Powerful A/C. Clean. George was very kind offering us cakes fresh fruit jams etc. Free parking not an issue, as it's easily available in the aerea

It might be a bit noisy for light sleepers (not for us), since on a busy central street...but with air con and closed windows it is ok

Spotlessly clean, comfortable abd spacious. The owner has every single detail one needs and much more! Excellent location and very close to the beach and the nightlife.the complimentary breakfast was such a nice gesture too. Thank you very much for everything, we can't wait to return someday!

"Excellent and spacious apartment"

The apartment was comfortable, stylish and clean. The host was very kind and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. He also made sure the apartment was as homely as possible. Our favourite was his collection of usb sticks with various genres of music.

The fridge can get noisy at night but the bedroom is separate and soundproof.
