The house is very basic. It lacks the traits that will make me remember it.

Good location (close to the beach and to the town Ierapetra), excellent privacy. Very nice host, ready to assist

The fridge was out of order, but the host replaced it with the new one immediately

Very clean and spacious. Owner was pleasant and helpful. Very quiet which was what we wanted.

A couple of comfortable chairs would be a great addition.

the location was great right across the road from the beach and a lovely taverna all across the road. An easy and pleasant walk along the sea to the town Centre, shops and eateries. Wi-Fi was good when there was power.

It was very cold, the bed had just top n bottom sheets and a thin coverlet (which should be replaced). I requested a blanket to keep me warm on the last night. The room had air conditioning and I did use that to try and keep the room warm but two mornings in a row the power cut suddenly for around three to four hours. No complimentary drinking water. Very basic no tea or coffee supplied, just shampoo and a small cake of soap. Considering its great location it could be so much better.
