stunning, gorgeous sitting room with everything you could possibly need. a selection of coffees etc. really comfy bedroom, utterly gorgeous. really happy with our stay. garden is beautiful, lovely seating area outside each apartment, really quiet and relaxing. we were made to feel so welcome by our host Mac, lovely man, and his dog Lulu is amazing. we would never wish to stay anywhere else in Brampton, can’t wait to stay again, can not recommend highly enough. thank you x

great location for work . very quiet cosy comfortable bed

Not a clean as it could of been . cobwebs behind Tv and window cills dusty . No parking on site having to park out on the road often a good walk back to the car.

The apartment was beautiful and very well decorated - very warm and welcoming. The bed was super comfy. It had everything that we needed for the stay, allowing us to cook and eat in. Max was very friendly and helpful too. We had such a lovely stay - thank you so much!

Lovely host, had an issue with the booking not coming through to him but this was sorted straight away. Showed us around the property and how things work, really nice location and big comfy bed!

I cannot describe how amazing Max is and how lovely the cottages are. My husband and I had to travel down to the area for family issues and Max could not have been more friendly or accommodating. He truly is a spectacular man and did everything he could to make sure this difficult weekend would run smoothly. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean, had more amenities than expected (e.g. a proper oven and not just a microwave and single hob like a lot of holiday lets), plus the mattress was so comfy, I even asked Max what mattress it was! The access is through a private side door with pin code entry, and each cottage has separate keys and entrances. The views of the garden are lovely and it feels so private, you wouldn't think you were so near the A1! I really would recommend staying here for anyone that is looking for somewhere comfy, clean and suitably private. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we go down to the area. Not much could be improved, really. The only things I can think of are completely out of Max's control, like on-street parking (but it is safe and free) and bad phone signal in the area (which has always been the case). This doesn't go against the property at all though and don't let it put anyone off!
