Perfect stay if staying near Kansai

Location was ideal and close to airport and hence reason why we stayed as we had an early morning flight the next day

The pillows need to be changed, unfortunately not very comfortable

For short for family of 5 (5,3 & 1yr) with 2 luggages, carry personal items and baby cart. it was really good. Check in after 11pm and easy to access Facilities were great - laundry ,dryer, and all amenities available. Very close to station and easy to access. From station to hotel with kids the location was a bonus. It's 40mins away from Namba main city area. but the quietness, cost of goods, and more local is what we prefer. I would recommend this place for any family. For business it's super easy for them as well being close to station. To get here from airport was easy as well.

The space was tight with the extra futon out. We decided to fold it up so we could have space to eat. We were lucky to have bottom floor so didn't have to carry luggage up the stairs. No elevator access. There isn't much space for garbage disposal so if your staying long term have garbage bags and know where to dispose of it. Overall this is just nitpicky. For short stay and value it is still worth it.
