Paradise Canyon Golf Resort - Signature Villa 380

We recently stayed at this property and truly appreciated several aspects of our visit. Each guest had their own spacious bedroom with a private bathroom, which offered a great level of comfort and privacy. The kitchen was roomy and well-suited for group meals, and the patio quickly became a favourite spot—perfect for relaxing afternoons watching golfers and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The location itself was wonderfully quiet, adding to the sense of retreat.

There were a few areas that could use attention, particularly in the downstairs units, which felt quite tired. We noticed several maintenance issues, including holes in the walls and broken items—especially in the downstairs secondary bedroom. The back door in the lower unit also didn’t lock properly, which raised some concerns about security. The property manager is aware of these issues, and we’re hopeful they’ll be addressed soon.

Would prefer two units connected

This booking is actually two units. They do not connect inside the building. The upper unit was well decorated, clean, bright and pleasant. The bottom unit was a walk out basement. The upper unit was much better than the bottom unit.

The basement unit was inferior to the top unit. The floor was sticky and socks got dirty. The screen door to the patio was completely broken and prompted up. The hanging vertical were missing panels. The window tracts at the kitchen sink were very dirty. Both units say they sleep six. However, this is only possible if you blow up the air mattress found in the closet. There were only 4 chairs for eating in the bottom unit and the kitchen island had no stools or chairs. Overall, it was minimally furnished compared to the upper unit.

Check out time was too early and the pool hours are limited.

location was beautiful and the villa was a great size and layout.

some areas were not as clean as I would like (microwave, counter tops, patio table and chairs), there was not a pull out couch and would have been nice to have some tin foil or Saran wrap available.

Location. Size of the unit. Liked laundry facilities. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Bed was comfortable, and shower water pressure was good.

Air conditioner was loud. TV programming was disappointing. Not very sound proofed, upstairs neighbors were loud, but fine once the kids went to bed. The place is getting dated looking,.
