Immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. Very attentive host. Peaceful setting with a stream/river at the back. Rural setting but not remote. Excellent base for visiting the area and beyond. Several National Trust places within easy driving distance.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The property was very well equipped, and the information and instructions left in the property were very good. There was no problem with parking.

We loved everything about our accommodation. The location is beautiful, quiet, other than the sound of birds and running water from the stream nearby. The property is well appointed and comfortable. Our host was welcoming and provided us with useful information about the local area to support our travels. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location for a quiet stay

We had a great relaxing couple of days staying at the Coach house annexe, everything was perfect in the accommodation and could not fault one thing, very clean throughout with everything you could need and more, a comfortable bed made for a very good night's sleep. About a ten minute walk to a bar/restaurant, didn't eat there so can't comment of the food but very nice for a drink. Tip, don't follow sat nav set to shortest route if you go into Llangollen, it takes you through very narrow lanes, go via Chirk, much easier. We will definitely stay here again.
