Location , view , quietness .

Well the wife struggled to get up the hill 🤦‍♂️

Location was good.

That it was a listed building. Cold and far too many stairs.

It was a lovely building in a great location. Easy access to the coast path and having an allocated parking space is a definite bonus

No negatives really- cold tap in the kitchen very slow running but not a big deal.

Great location. Property well-equipped.

Previous tenants' laundry left in flat. Kitchen not as clean as it could be.

good location,poor flat position ,not much sea view more like car park view.

the tower looked great on the outside,but on entering it was souless,more like school corridors.The flat on entering was very dissapointing ,kitchen was fine but the lounge had nothing about it. The bedroom was adequate,the wardrobe could not be used as it was full of stuff ,an Ikea bag was stuffed between the chest of draws and the wall,on closing the door there were 2 floor mops lent against the wall.The bathroom was so small it was a joke.It was good job i am a farmer and have regular tetnus jabs because the soap rack in the shower was so rusty knocking against i could have got an infection.

Fully equiped, comfortable, everything we needed. We will return.

Easy to walk down to Lyme Regis sea front from property - about ten minutes, quite a slope downhill. The apartment was very clean and comfortable- great to have free parking too, an asset in Lyme Regis.

It was difficult to find the driveway to the property - there definitely needs to be a bigger and clearer sign at the entrance to the car park, as confusingly there’s a private house at the driveway entrance - we thought it was a private entrance, and couldn’t see a sign for Coram Tower in the dark. It took us 20 minutes on foot in the pouring rain and dark to finally find it. Also, on the second floor, we felt vulnerable to any outbreak of fire - the fire escape route was far down the stairs - there needs to be an external metal fire escape stairway installed.

Keys difficult to get used to.

Location ideal for the town. Accomodation clean and good facilities.

Having to strip beds at the end of the stay. It was an expensive holiday and never had to do it anywhere else. Also no working lights in the porch or outside which needs sorting
