"Just what we needed!"

Location was perfect for us, a very short walk to everything and just down from the car park. The flat was great, quirky in places and had everything we needed. We were offered an early check in as the turnaround was finished early. Clean, tidy and quiet.

"Cozy, well-stocked apartment with all mod-cons in an excellent location in Lyme Regis"

- Location was superb. We could walk everywhere in Lyme Regis and buses in/out of town were 4 mins away. - Restaurants, shops, etc...were a stone's throw away. - The flat itself was very clean and had everything we could possibly need on our holiday. - Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the little things - washing up liquid, tea towels, oil, salt, pepper - things that have often annoyed us in other holiday homes before. - The bedroom was big and have a lovely view of the sea. Lots of extra blankets in case it got cold - The bathroom was huge and water pressure brilliant! Again, appreciated soap, shampoo being left there for us. - Heating timer worked well and we felt cozy all the time

- The living room which we used as a bedroom for the kids (sofa bed) is a bit squibby but we got used to a schedule of packing the sofa up each morning and dragging the dining table to the centre of the room in the evening - The main bed could have been better - you could feel the springs and it squeaked with the slightest of movements - Parking not free

The location, we were there for a wedding at The Guildhall, and the facilities. We all said it was a shame we were only staying one night!
