Lyme Regis renovated period seaside flat

Issues with neighbours regarding the use of drive

It was lovely and cosy, made to feel home from home, clean and tidy, loved the apartment spacious bathroom

There was a stormy night so the window panes rattled in the window, they did keep us up until we were so tired we could t stay awake.

Great communication from day one from the very accommodating host! Really good location for the beach and town. Clean and fresh with a collection of quirky upcycled furniture, comfy seating, bed & sofa bed and extras such as iron & hairdryer. All the kitchen equipment you'll need for a few days stay plus complimentary tea bags, milk & biccies! Lovely!. P.S. flat is opposite the picturesque and ancient parish church where Mary Anning is buried (see photo from sitting room window) and can also see the Cobb in the distance from the bedroom window!

Nothing to do with the host but just be aware that the flat is on a busy (for Lyme) road so if you're a light sleeper you may wake up early once traffic gets going.

Location was perfect Easy to get to other places. Pretty little seaside flat, comfortable and homely. Clean and tidy, everything needed there.

The flat was bright, clean and modern with all the facilities we could need. It’s was very close to the beach and surrounded by shops and a 5 minute walk from a long stay car park.

The main bed unfortunately was quite uncomfortable. The mattress was very firm and the metal frame very noisy when moving the smallest amount. Although there was a sofa bed, the living room could have done with a curtain to help block out light, especially light coming from the kitchen which had no blinds on either window. Luckily our son was in the living room and wakes up at the crack of dawn anyway. But during the summer when it was bright by 5:30-6am, I could see it being a bit of an issue.

A charming seaside one bed flat , very clean and well location

No parking facility makes it tough for little kid

Michelle provided some tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits as well as toiletries for us which I thought was a wonderfully thoughtful addition. The apartment was exceptionally well kept too. The addition to a few dvds were also a wonderful touch as well!

Honestly nothing. It was perfect and we will more than likely book with Michelle again when we decide another trip over to lyme regis.
