Lewis Apartment in the Heart of the Northern Quarter sleeps up to 12

We liked that it was in a great location and that the apartment was just right for our needs

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but other than that it was a great stay

Nice open living room/kitchen and in a great area near a-lot of shops close to the city centre

A-lot of dust build up around the property and a noisy fan right outside the bedroom window and can be heard even when the window is closed which prevented me from having a full nights rest

La posizione è ottima, si raggiungono il centro e i monumenti a piedi. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e nel momento in cui avevamo bisogno di aiuto non hanno esitato. Effettivamente essendo in centro la sera si sente tutto ciò che accade all’esterno ma loro sono i primi a farlo presente.

Large room with complete facilities

We booked a two-bedroom room, but only one bedroom was available. The staff said that one bedroom was enough for us, but we clearly booked it because the website said there were two rooms. We had boy and girls, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa in the living room.

We booked this property for six people, expecting a room with two double beds plus a sofa bed, and that’s what was advertised. The apartment itself was quite spacious, with a bedroom with the two beds, a living room, and a kitchen, so it was comfortable overall.

However, the sofa bed was not really a proper bed, and there were no sheets or towels provided for the extra two guests. Because of this, two people from our group ended up moving to another nearby B&B. I had asked in advance about towels, and while there were some, they were very small and not really sufficient. When I asked where to get more, I was told we could go downstairs to a separate shop connected to the property, but it wasn’t open at the time we needed it. In general, the apartment itself was convenient and had enough space, but the issue with the bedding and towels for six people was a real problem and should be improved.
