Two Bedroom Manchester Ancoats Apartment with Private Entrance

Fine for a bed sit only.

It’s located down a dark alley way which was uncomfortable as a solo female traveller (and not clearly stated in the description). Electric hob was faulty (had to be turned off at the mains switch but did not know this until after it had stayed on all night) which was dangerous and could have caused burns or a fire. The bathroom flooded through the ceiling and into the downstairs flat due to a blocked pipe. The water was then turned off so I had no running water for a day. This is not the fault of the owner but I was forced to leave this accommodation and find somewhere else at added expense to myself.

1. The toilet flushing in the bathroom is broken, there is not enough water to flush the toilet. 2. Before check-in, it was stated that the security deposit would be refunded within 24 hours after returning to the room, but I waited for two days and had to urge many times before giving me the deposit.

Perfect for getting the head down after a busy day and easy to walk to from central Manchester

The location was awful - we nicknamed it the crack den. Did not feel safe as a woman alone in that area and the noise outside was awful. Would not stay there again.

Clear instructions to get in, very convenient location for city centre, good value for money for two double bedrooms.

Nearby bar noisy till 11pm.
