Property Notes

A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you book at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights the property will offer a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note the property requires the card holder to be present and staying with the party, in order to verify the card details supplied at the time of booking. Please note that due to the COVID pandemic we are requesting as part of our security checks, the card holder to send the card used for booking and photo ID digitally prior to arrival. This is to verify the details supplied at the time of booking. This is to speed up our check-in process and cut down on contact. Please note that check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00 and late chek out will incur a surcharge depending on arrival or deprature time. Booking processing fees will apply to all bookings.
