nice location on the farm, close to several ski areas, quiet area, close to shop and to the city centre of Mariapfarr

a bit softer mattress than I'm used to, but this is my personal preference only

The facilities were very nice. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The sleeping areas were very nice. The bathroom was spacious and clearly designed with disabled in mind. The shower stall was great. The hosts were also very friendly, even though there was a bit of a language barrier.

This place is a bit out of the way, although it is absolutely gorgeous area. The hosts assessed a €15 per person cleaning fee, which was not disclosed anywhere on Booking.com. That soured our experience just a little bit. There was not any shampoo or soap for showering. Just something to be aware of. The sofa bed did not have a sheet, so that was a bit problematic.
