Ferienhaus Lipp

The location is absolutely perfect if you want to explore both Germany and Austria! Eibsee is only a 40-minute drive away, and Innsbruck is also around 40 minutes. The city center is just a 3-5 minute walk, and the cable cars to go up the beautiful Karwendel mountain are only about 15 minutes on foot. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay so much! The central yet peaceful location made everything easily accessible. If any of our friends are planning a trip to the German Alps, we will definitely recommend this place. And if you are lucky you can have a beautiful stary night like we did!

Spotlessly clean, felt like new and we felt right at home and had a very comfortable stay. Had everything we could want including tourist brochure information. Host was also very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Train station only a 7 minute walk away.

Excellent location to downtown. Clean and large facility. Parking is a plus.

Should not be rental in winter. Heat is not reliable when owner has to work or late at night. Apparently the heater has to be stoked with wood or pellets. So cold we had to find an alternative rental after only one day stay of the three days we booked.

The host has been very prompt with our request although he could not meet us personally. We love the vacation home, the coziness ambience, and with the kitchen we are able to prepare some light meals.

The heaters were slightly slow to heat up, but that could be just an issue for us as we were not used to the cold weather. Nothing much to complain!

You will want to stay more, love the window mountain view 🤩, so clean so comfortable, i had a long good sleep. Close to train station, and so near travelling to Innsbruck,
