Location

The noise, why weren't we warned of the construction next door ,54 Parkyn Pde. Huge party on the ground floor when it clearly states no parties.

"Bad"

There are trip hazards everywhere in the complex. The tiles outside are slippery when wet. Tip step not marked as others are for people with a vision disability this is dangerous. Most of the lights in the unit did not work. Shower floor slippery. Kitchen tap leaks and hose is about to burst. Went to this unit for the direct access to the beach, this was closed off. Directions given by rental company is not clear, even with using there app.
