Everything was neat and tidy,was very comfortable.

There was nothing I didnt like.

Cold shower

Location is great. Views are fantastic as the room is sea facing

I got frustrated while attempting to open the lock box to get the keys as it just didn't want to open. I called the mobile number as supplied in the booking and couldn't get through. Decided to send an email and the response was I will get the keys from the lock box which by the way was not opening. It was at night, cold and threatening to rain. I decided to contact Booking.com and the I realised there is no South African number to contact in cases of this nature. As my wife and I were waiting outside a lady appeared and we related our story. She was part of those taking care of the property and she opened for us. The orange sofa in the lounge area requires deep cleaning or recovering due to stains. Ensure the shower handle is tightened as it came lose while was showering. No soap bar or glasses in the bathroom area. This is a great apartment and I just got a sense that supervision to ensure the space is concise was lacking.

What a wonderful tour around the place before we found the parking lot for us. Bit more exciting was the property exploration for finding the stairs with safety box. Good tonhav4 a friendly security team

The place is amazing and the view of the sea. It is safe and the host was patient with us. We had a minor incident and we had to check out a little bit late. The facilities are very clean and welcoming.

That we had to leave. Would have loved to stay one more night.

All the flights of stairs on the inside and outside. There are no lift or escalators.
