From October through April, additional consumption above 10 kwh per night will be charged at the end of the stay at EUR 0.30/kwh. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Very nicely decorated and small, but comfortable appartement, very well located in a street parallel to Nieuwpoort-Bad's main street (abundance of all kinds of shops including supermarket, bakeries, food take aways, ...), at walking distance from the beach aswel as the tram. Owners provided clear and helpful info before our stay and friendly and fast communication during.

The building itself is a bit outdated. Smell of cigarette smoke from the neighbooring appartments, but only in the corridor (no issue at all in the appartement itself) The holder for dishawashing soap was broken, not ideal but didn't bother us too much.
