Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte Ihnen eine kurze Rückmeldung zu meinem letzten Aufenthalt geben. Leider hat es mir nicht gefallen, dass die Ausstellung der Rechnung mehr als zwei Wochen gedauert hat. Zusätzlich sind in der Rechnung mehrere Schreibfehler enthalten gewesen, was die Bearbeitung unnötig erschwert hat. Meine Abrechnungsabteilung hat mich daher gebeten, diese Unterkunft künftig zu meiden, um ähnliche Probleme in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Ich wollte Ihnen dieses Feedback geben, damit Sie die entsprechenden Abläufe eventuell verbessern können. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
