Čisto i udobno.

Rešenje za zatvaranje tuš kabine je loše, voda curi van kabine, ali nije dobar pad ka slivniku, pa je pod kupatila mokar i otežava prilaz lavabou. U sobi nema dzoger, što dodatno komplikuje situaciju.
