Close to the beach.

Parking horrible. It is difficult to find both locations with inadequate parking and directions. The apartment was clean but definitely needs to be repaired. Floor caving in infront of the stove, no handle on the stove, hardly any lighting, freezer held together with duct tape, microwave didn't work unless you heated it up multiple times.

The location was the only good point. There was no microwave. I had to put my hand into the toilet tank to flush it. The shower wall and curtain were dirty with body hair. Table had a broken leg. There were broken blinds. I had to pick the key code up at a separate location near 7th Street. Upon arrival I was forced to pay $10 for daily parking on a grass patch in the back of the building. This was not in the booking ad.

The bedroom was okay.

Outdated. Not clean whatsoever. Very disappointed

The facility was clean and conveniently located close to the beach and other exciting attractions. Check-In went smoothly and staff was kind and respectful.

There were three a/c units in the apartment we rented, however none of them worked properly or cooled the apartment. We were a bit uncomfortable with it being 80-90 degrees outside for our 3 day visit. Outside of the "No" sufficient air conditioning problem we were able to still enjoy our stay for the most part.

Good location!

Was the hottest week of the summer and for an entire one bd apartment they had one tiny window ac unit, had to leave a day early bc I have a baby that can’t withstand that amount of heat!

It was reasonably priced and it was what we needed.

Location was great. The price was right for a quick overnight stay. It is usually rented by the week.

Needs renovating older unit . toilet was recently replaced however very loose. Air conditioning unit window very loud in bed room, plug outlets not very good hard to keep a usb plug charger in socket, baseboard heating thermostat was missing cover in bedroom.
