The Store, harbour holiday cottage

The store réunis tout ce qu on pouvait attendre , en bord de mer, proche des golfs , et à proximité immédiate d Édimbourg (15 minutes en train)‘ il est idéalement situé pour profiter de la ville et de la région.Propre, calme et confortable, il permet de se ressourcer . À proximité immédiate du logement , balade pour le chien, commerce, fish&chips de qualité et pub .A noter, des ravissantes attentions pour l accueil et un parking facile juste devant.

Ein geschichtsträchtiges Haus in bester Lage hat uns hier erwartet. Freundliche Gastgeber, haben uns das gesamte Erdgeschoss als Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang überlassen. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch die Betten waren sehr gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Aus dem Wohn- Esszimmer blickt man auf das Meer und den idyllischen Fischerhafen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen. Busverbindung im Doppeldecker nach Edinburgh in 50 Minuten ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Supermarkt, Pub, Restaurant, ist u.a. fußläufig erreichbar.

A little hard to find. Could use a larger sign to make it more obvious where to go. Luckily we ran into shelley's husband outside and he showed us where to go and got us inside. Loved having the kitchen available to us.

Host Shelley was quick to answer any queries and always helpful. Cottage was in great location opposite harbour. Kitchen, living and dining areas were comfortable and clean. Some nice 'touches' in the kitchen - coffee beans, wafer biscuits.

We found the double bed comfortable but very small for two people. The lack of a towel rail in the bathroom made it difficult to dry towels. Bathroom could do with an upgrade.

Location was fab. Also, only 15 mins on train to Edinburgh. Lovely modern kitchen, well equipped. Large airy living room with smart TV. Nice and quiet both day and night. Owner lives next door and was on hand with advice and help if required

Comfortable home in a quiet town. Just across the street from the beach and port. Parking next to front door. Close to restaurant, grocery, and pub. The kitchen had everything needed to make just about anything. Beds comfortable. Nothing we didn't like. 15-minute train ride to Edinburgh,waverly station downtown. I would stay here again if we come back.

Clean, comfortable and all kitchen equipment and even coffee and tea were provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
