The property is in a great location in the Dominican Republic, offering an authentic local experience. The customer service was exceptional and communication was smooth throughout the stay. Furthermore, the high level of security, including 24-hour surveillance, offered peace of mind and a sense of safety.

There were a few areas in the property that could use improvement: The apartment lacked effective air conditioning in the main areas and the unit in the bedroom was underperforming. This made the overall comfort level less than ideal due to the heat. The kitchen was not well-equipped for daily tasks. It was missing basic amenities such as paper towels and soap, which are essential for any stay. The patio doors were difficult to lock securely. Even though there was 24-hour security, ensuring all entrances can be properly secured would further enhance peace of mind for guests.

The location is really great with all the important things a short 15 min walk away, including the shopping mall. Also the airport is really close which was the main selling point for us. The host was very kind and quick to help us out with a few things at the start

it looks like the cleaners did a poor job as we did not have toilet paper at the property. The host did arrange that quickly when I told him. However after some time we found that there was no soap as well, the sponge for washing the dishes was quite dirty so we bought our own. I think the property could benefit from having some guidance in how to find the property because that's also unclear - we asked the people on the way, which took more time than it should be.

The location is perfect is you want to be close to the airport.
