All was good

Everything was great. Husband and wife team who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing was wrong, so there was nothing I didn't like.

This is by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in in Thailand. Like sleeping on a supportive cloud. Incredible. I wish we could have stayed another night only to be able to sleep in that bed again!! Owner is responsive when called. AC not really adequate for the space due to poor insulation and window structure, but with the fans it keeps up well enough. Probably kept an indoor temperature of 24-26°C when we were there.

Could do with better window fittings and a couple other upgrades, but can't complain for the quality to price ratio received!! It is a bit off the main road passing by Kata beach south end, so be prepared to take a grab or walk ~20 minutes. Still quite noisy at night due to passing traffic.

Location was excellent - some amazing quality and cheap restaurants within 50metres!! Short walk to beach. Room/apartment was very big and roomy - which was great. Close to everything you need - 7 Eleven and higher quality/pricier food places nearby too.

Spa/hot tub was not working - no water in it - disappointing, as that was one of the reasons I selected this venue. The microwave didn't work either. Had to prove I had in fact paid in full, in advance... which was frustrating when staff are demanding I pay the fees again before giving the keys... wasted 30 minutes going back and forth for no reason.

Good location. Motorbikes for rent.

Fridge was smelly and switched off. Rugs were dirty. Bathroom water spray leaked. Shower drain partly blocked. One day there was water leaking in from upstairs, flooding the floor. Towel rail broken in bathroom. No drinking water provided. No cleaning or sheets changed during my stay. TV didn't work.

The space was wonderful. Useful having a toaster and kettle. Nice balcony space for drying clothes or sitting outside. Location is great - right next to a great value eatery

Couldn’t get the microwave to work (didn’t need enough to mention to the staff). Could definitely be a little cleaner (balcony chairs and table). There was dish soap but could do with a cloth or sponge to clean the pans and plates with

Very good location on the quiet street, next to very good local restaurant.

Great price only 600 BHT , there is no one at front you have to go past the bar and find the owner, they live in the bottom apartment. About a 12min walk to the beach , 5min to night market , 7 min to gym, there is a mini bog c and 7-11 next door, restaurants that are way cheaper than downtown Kata.
