Asunto oli hyvän kokoinen ja persoonallinen. Sijainti oli hyvä ja kaunis. Asunnossa näkyi kivasti eri aikakaudet Virossa, tykkäsin. Hinta-laatusuhde on kohdillaan.

Asunnossa oli kuuma. Sänky oli aika kova ja petauspatja puuttui. Tiskille olisi voinut olla kuivausteline.
