Please note that this property requires a refundable NZD 500 bond which will be collected via pre-authorization of your nominated credit card prior to check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations within 7-10 days of check out. Please note a portacot and or high chair are available for an additional NZD 30 each per stay.
