Apartment Serene Retreat

Very welcoming host, provided us with many useful tips! The place was impeccably clean and well equipped. The area is quiet and beautiful. We walked to the center, about 25min which go unnoticed, as you are crossing bridges over the Danube and wonderful parks and playgrounds for kids. A perfect stay!

Everything was great. It is not cheap, but it is well worth it!

The apartment, which is a part of a big house in a better neighbourhood is really clean and spacious. Personal welcome by the host who clearly cares for the place. Facilities are really good and even though it was really warm it stayed comfortable inside. The view over the city is great. We had bikes with us and getting to the old city was faster biking than driving.

Walking to the city is possible, but a bit too far. Public transportation is not next door. Requires driving or biking.

The location was perfect!!! Nice quiet street with good parking and easy walk into the city. The only thing negative was the weather but alas can’t have so much beautiful green without some rain. The hosts were awesome and there if we needed anything. The apartment was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful location, a little out of the old town (good for us as we had a car). Spacious, clean, great hot water, good light, good for a family with children 10 and 12 years old. Ve ry close to the local pool with water slide. Laura is very friendly and good to talk to, then she left us alone to go about our business while being easily contactable if we needed. The apartment is right up on a hill covered in walking tracks.

We were able to easily find a laundromat in town as the apartment had no washing machine. Take insect repellent for the walks.

Plenty of space, very clean and cozy. Quiet and close to nature, but at the same time close to the city. The host is very nice, pleasant to talk to, always available an - in our case - flexible with the check-in process.

Minor inconvenience - the bed in the living room came to its age. It would make the location perfect if changed.
