Appartamento di dimensioni generose, appena fuori dal centro (in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva alla cattedrale). Lavatrici e asciugatrici in comune per il condominio al piano terra. Parcheggio sulla via non a pagamento. Cucina con forno e tutte le stoviglie. Supermercato e microbirrificio adiacenti

Per salire al piano le scale sapevano di fumo
