Apartamento com cheiro de limpeza e realmente limpo. Piscinas limpas, atendimento excelente por parte dos funcionários.

Frigobar no lugar de uma geladeira, não tem onde colocar as toalhas e roupas molhadas, o chuveiro não ficava no morno ou frio e foi preciso desligar o disjuntor. As paredes estão sujas de gordura e comida. Deveriam proibir as crianças de entrar na sauna, pois atrapalham um momento que deveria ser de relaxamento.

Ter acesso ao rio é maravilhoso!!

A água das piscinas não estava tão quente. Foi lamentável, pois só tinha retornado a este hotel, porque a água das piscinas eram bem quentes. Não tinha fogão no apartamento. Esse foi um detalhe que eu não tinha observado na hora da reserva.

Chegamos tinham colocado pessoa no nosso quarto,tivemos que esperar um pouco até desocupar,achei que as piscinas não estavam tão quente e durante o dia elas não estão tão agradável a qualidade da água

O parque aquático é excelente.

Levamos alimentos para serem preparados na AirFryer. Porém, a mesma estava estragada. Poderíamos ter sido avisados desse detalhe.
