- Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko morza - Czysto - Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, nowe AGD - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem - Parking na miejscu

- Parking przy apartamentowcu szybko się zapełnia, trzeba wtedy poszukać miejsca na płatnych parkingach miejskich w okolicy --> ale to nie jest problem :-) a w weekendy i święta parkowanie w całym Kołobrzegu jest gratis.
