Das Appartement ist schon in die Jahre gekommen…müsste mal komplett renoviert werden. Es riecht in Bädern nach Kanalisation…in der Küche teils auch. Die Gastherme in der Küche ist ein Alptraum, Schauglas am Gehäuse fehlt, so dass die Abgase oder teilweise auch Gas in die Küche dringen. Abenteuerlich, wenn man gerade am Abspülen ist… Das Gebäude ist sehr dünnwandig und somit sehr hellhörig…je nach Nachbarn (sind auch alles Touristen-Appartements) hat man schlaflose Nächte… Haartrockner haben wir nicht gefunden, obwohl angeblich vorhanden. Leider gibt es nicht mal einen Staubsauger, die Böden müssen dann mit Waschmop (ist alles da) sauber gemacht werden. Vielleicht deswegen wurde das Appartement sehr dreckig an uns überlassen worden…auch Bäder und Küche, echt mies… Das gesamte Küchenequipment gehört ausgewechselt, nur zwei kleine Löffel da. Bratpfannen vollkommen abgenutzt…es brennt alles an! Die Betten sind sehr hart und Bettwäsche war zumindest bei uns nicht vollständig, musste improvisiert werden.

I had a great experience staying at the apartment. The location was excellent — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The apartment was fully equipped, which made the stay very convenient and comfortable. Everything was clean

The apartment was in a great location and had all the essentials for a convenient stay. I appreciated how well-stocked it was overall. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, and I often woke up feeling sore — a more supportive bed would really enhance the comfort. Some of the equipment also needs attention; for example, the iron was leaking during use. It would also be helpful to have a short instruction guide in the apartment — things like where to take the rubbish out and basic information about public transport or nearby amenities. These small touches would make the stay even more seamless. Thank you again for hosting.

Nice location, easy to find, and easy to communicate with the host. Private parking place in the garage. Nice view to the Atlantic ocean.

Nothing very bad.

Nice view , close to restaurants and beaches. Public bus to Funchal is right outside. Fully equipped kitchen.

Bed are very firm - may be typical of Madeira !

Really spacious and nice location. The host is very helpful and friendly.
