Service is good. Facilities are good. The room is very spacious and big. Very comfortable for 4 people to stay. Have wifi but no netflix. The view is very nice. Very close to setia city mall.

The room smells quite bad. Maybe they sprayed ridsect or something before we came in. There were dead baby cockroaches everywhere. The shower head has cracked and thus making water sprayed everywhere. Switching the heater on makes the bathroom light go blinking. I hope they renovate and improve the room's cleanliness. Other than that is okay

"The location amazing close to Setia city mall"

I liked the location, and the guy was so helpful to guide us.

No tea, no cooker, no over, no microwave. Water only. just one card if one of family want go downstairs have to take the cards and the other will stay without electricity
