Rent, praktisk, bra utsikt fra balkongen, lå fint sentralt ved buss stopp, butikker og restauranter, eier hadde alt på kjøkkenet som trenges for å lage frokost, middag, på badet var alt med sjampo, vaskemidler, dopapir osv. Eier var hjelpsomt og flink.

Kanskje litt gamle terrasse møbler som trenger oppdateringen.
