Haus Erli

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The surroundings were nice, location was good (we came by car). When we booked the accommodation we didn’t pay enough attention to which apartment we had chosen. We thought there would be a stove to cook food, but in the one we had chosen, there was no stove. That was our bad.

The place is big enough for a big group and the fact that it has 2 bathrooms helps with the big group thing. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is really nice. The view is amazing. You can charge your electric car there which is nice.

It was freaking cold and one of the rooms didn't have cental heating (it just had some electric heater that did nothing) - perhaps in summer it's not such a miserable stay, but I do not recommend the place in winter. One of the bathrooms had a clogged drain and basically no privacy, with a sliding glass door.

Comfortable bed and comfortable sofa. Clean bathroom, and a small kitchen, of which many of its facilities are hidden away in a cupboard. Nice balcony, and a great view of the mountains. Quiet location on the outer rim of Mittenwald - which does mean it's quite a walk to the centre, but it's a pleasant walk. Loved the possibility of doing one's laundry in the cellar, with both a washing machine and a dryer!

A little overcrowded with furniture. Nothing that really concerned me personally staying there alone, but the room was listed as suitable for 3 people. There was indeed a place to sleep for 3 - but other than sleeping, I'm not sure how 3 people would actually *stay* in that room...
