Location unbeatable. Double glazing and real blinds help you get a good night's sleep. Host very helpful and accommodating. Very clean and with a decent powerful shower. Kitchen is well-equipped and all functional enough to be comfortably self-catering.

Personally I prefer a firmer mattress.

This is an excellent apartment. The location is unbeatable and it has double glazing, so it's very quiet. It also has proper blinds so you can really get a good night's sleep. The shower was good, plenty of pressure and hot water and the small bath was perfect for our young kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and even the knives were good quality and sharp. A special shout out to the cleaner as the place was immaculate. We will definitely stay here again.

The bed mattress in our apartment (2ºB) was great, but the sofa bed was pretty tired. It wouldn't have been ideal if there had been four adults. It's worth noting that although there's a lift, there is a small flight of stairs before you get to it.

We agreed the time of arrival beforehand with the owner but received no instruction on the day re which room and access number on main door then the owner did not arrive and we could not contact the owner via the mentioned number and rang through to Booking.com customer service 24 hour line contact to try and get a message to him. Eventually he turned up about 45 mins after the agreed time. This was very frustrating. There were no instructions in the apartment on how to use the oven and we could not get it to work correctly.

Second time staying here. Excellent location. Lift to our floor very good as I have a bad knee. Apartment very clean, and very comfortable. Ease of access, while being very secure, is an asset.
