Das Haus in dem die Wohnung ist müsste um 2020 gebaut worden sein (Fahrstuhl Bj 2020) Das Haus und auch die Wohnung sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch Die Terrasse ist groß und abgeschirmt. Es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit einem eigenen Parkplatz. Der Weg zu Strand 3 min. Zu Gosch 7min.

Der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. In der Straße sind selten Parkplätze frei.

Uns hat im Wohnraum ein Schrank oder eine Kommode um Getränkeflaschen, Lebensmittel oder Spielzeug zu verstauen gefehlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in top Lage. Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand und Bäcker. Top Ausstattung & sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

"Mehr erwartet."

Die Großzügigkeit und auch das moderne Ambiente.

Jedoch haben wir für den Preis, mehr Komfort erwartet. Kein Stauraum Dreck unter Sofa und Betten Ein demolierter Gartentisch Eine Spielkiste mit dreckigen, fast schimmeligem Spielzeug und Staubsauger Düse drin. Zuwenig Geschirr/ Schalen
