the location of the apartment is good, with supermarket in front of the door basically.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness or amenities. We found dog hair on the couch and even cockroaches in the bathroom closet, which was quite unsettling. The kitchen was poorly equipped—there were more beds than drinking glasses, and several basic items were missing. Although a coffee machine was listed in the description, the only one available was an old, dusty appliance tucked away in a cabinet, clearly decades old and not maintained. Accessing the second floor was also inconvenient, as the staircase was very narrow and there was no elevator, which made it uncomfortable to reach—especially with luggage and small children. During the summer, the living room becomes unbearably hot, almost like a greenhouse due to constant sun exposure. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space effectively, and several windows lacked curtains, which only intensified the heat. The ironing board was also unusable—unlike anything we’ve encountered before in terms of practicality. Overall, the apartment’s cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities left much to be desired.

Nice location near a supermarket.

Beds left my mother and partner with sore backs. Sofa bed had cigarette burns and something that resembled gum on it, the living room door had a hole punched through it, lights in the main room closed and shower room do not work, sofa collapsed under my sister multiple times (shes 60kg) and left her with a bruise under her eye. Very dirty apartment overall, highly reccomend avoiding this place.
